Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Zukunftskultur

The Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Zukunftskultur (“Mittelstand Digital Centre Future Culture”) supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout Germany and across all sectors in sustainably shaping digitalisation. The aim is to enable SMEs to develop a sustainable corporate culture. The focus is on the participation of all stakeholders in all phases of the change process, because this is crucial when it comes to optimally implementing changes and successfully integrating all stakeholders - employees, customers or suppliers. Central topics in this context are change, internal and external communication, trust and sustainability.

With the conviction that corporate culture is a central success factor in the change process and the basis for innovative ability and long-term success in the market, the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Zukunftskultur addresses in particular the aspects: readiness to change, readiness to cooperate, ability to innovate and awareness of sustainability. With creative and activating methods and a variety of offers for teams, executives and multipliers, competence development is achieved through continuous learning impulses and the establishment of a learning culture in the company, in order to ensure that SMEs react quickly to framework conditions in change and use resources effectively.
